The Meal Preps is a Southern California meal prep service built around choice rather than a fixed menu. You assemble every bowl yourself: pick the protein, the base, the vegetables and the sauce, and set the protein portion to the ounce, up to 14 ounces of cooked weight. Calories and macros calculate live while you build, so the numbers are settled before you order rather than read off a label afterwards. Food is refrigerated and never frozen, with no preservatives or seed oils, and keeps about four to five days. Delivery runs on our own local Monday route rather than by courier, at a flat $9.99 per order, with a Wednesday 11:59 PM ET cutoff for the following Monday. Per bowl it is $14.99 on a 5-bowl plan, $12.99 on 8, $11.99 on 12 and $10.99 on 16. There is no contract, and weeks can be skipped free before the cutoff. We deliver across Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County and Riverside County including the Coachella Valley. Please note the desert route arrives in the afternoon rather than the morning. We are not a certified allergen-free kitchen and shared equipment means cross contact cannot be ruled out, so please contact us before ordering if you have a severe allergy.
